To use lov4d's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

lov4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

Deposits are typically processed within 2 minutes of confirmation. If your deposit is not credited within 10 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number. lov4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. Daily withdrawal limits apply based on account verification level.
Withdrawal requests submitted during Indonesian banking hours (08:00-20:00 WIB, Monday-Friday) are processed within 5 minutes after approval. Requests submitted outside banking hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours.

Bonuses and promotions are offered at lov4d's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 10x to 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 2.000.000 in total bets before the bonus and associated winnings can be withdrawn.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, war, pandemic), or third-party service provider failures.
In the event of obvious software errors, incorrect odds display, or game malfunctions, lov4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Players are encouraged to report suspected errors immediately. Continued exploitation of known errors constitutes fraud.
Gambling involves risk of loss. lov4d is not responsible for losses incurred through normal gameplay. You acknowledge that betting outcomes are determined by chance (in casino games) or sporting event results (in sports betting), and that you may lose your entire deposited amount.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless lov4d, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or infringement of third-party rights.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are processed within 7 business days. lov4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:
Upon termination, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to breach of terms, fraud, or illegal activity. In cases of voluntary closure or termination without cause, your balance will be returned after deduction of any applicable fees.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated. To reactivate a dormant account, contact customer support.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming platforms serving Indonesian players. In the event of conflict between these Terms and local Indonesian law, the more restrictive provisions shall apply to ensure legal compliance.
In the event of a dispute between you and lov4d, you agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue mediation or arbitration as agreed upon at that time.
lov4d's management retains final decision-making authority on all matters related to betting settlements, account disputes, bonus eligibility, and interpretation of these Terms. Decisions made in good faith by lov4d management are binding and final.
